not in a good mood today. sorry. arrgh not sure why too. kick-started this day by going to bedok stadium for aq training. ran 13 rounds.. 4 or 5km+ heck care. lazy to count. next was arm training. some pull ups + other crap. at least i can do 7 in a row now. improvement from last time =) den had "brunch" at mcdonalds before going to school. urgh zenith was playing in the court. we went to 3l ask jh throw down ball to us first. during dat time the air con hall had the minister dialogue session going on. wow security so tight that they had to have police. who would want to assasinate those ppl? -__- ok so after awhile 4L came down and we played field first. to make my mood worse, fell down when trying to tackle but stepped on the ball and landed on my ass =/ at least the ground is soft. but still.. owwww till now still got the pain.anyway later we played zenith in de court after 4L left. by 10 minutes, we were already 3-0 up, lol i got my first left-footed hat trick. dont know why i always score wif leftie when im right footed -.- den we lead 5-1 i switched to right back and hit the post. soon abra subbed shyang long in and we won abt.. 8-4? lol near the end i think clement got frustrated abd slided me from behind. now that HURTS. esp on street soccer court. sigh. sums up my day perfectly.

oh ya yesterday we got a glimpse of our new recruits. not that bad la.but why are they getting shorter and shorter every year? yeah squad 2 got 2 not bad in soccer.jasper and another 1. forgot wads his name. im feelin terrible now la. i duno whats the matter with me. first time im feeling so bad in a long time. and im so tireddd. sigh tryin very hard the whole day to feel better. well..got ppl feelin worse den me now, dats for sure..sihui and the other 2b ppl. hope everything gets better soon for every1..
