ok so im back. was so freakin busy juz now cause of that balding bb officer mok the bureaucrat. anyway i gotta go sch tmr afternoon. settle some website stuff. yeah okie here goes abt the hike. the day before, we went to alan and jeffrey's house for the night as his parents offered to send us to school early the next day ( no public transport mah =X ) den we were disturbing cliff abt that gal he was chatting to on msn ard 1am LOL. okie anyway the hike started well. got a morale boosting start when my team managed to plot the map the fastest. so we were the earliest to leave. everyone was boosted by this and walked so fast that by 20 mins, we were already in tampines.

okie so the first checkpoint was at sunplaza park dere. like last yr. at first they couldnt find it so i looked at the map and straightaway, i knew they plotted the checkpoint wrongly -.- no wonder cant find la. ok so finally we left for pasir ris. next 2 checkpoints were relatively easy as when we went near the place, jollin's house was nearby so that was her di pan. here comes the tough part. walked to changi area. den the team got lost at changi prison dere. not i bhb or wad but i see the map i already noe whr we are loh =X due to the curving road that we were walking and dere was only 1 curved road on the map around that area. we started to see a few more teams nearby and alan said our team was 1 of the fastest liao since we got the toughest route of all, but impossible to reach the jetty first. the team morale started to decline abit as fatigue started to rear its ugly head and we took quite long to find the checkpoint at loyang industrial park. but using the tone "ok lets go for the jetty now", everyone was pumped up and excited to chiong to our final destination.

ok la cant hav so high expectations as our route was tough but inside i expected us to be top 3 loh =( nvm so we took our boat to ubin. jeffrey was already complaining in ubin that he was donating blood to the mosquitoes. so i told my team to spray repellent all over. my grp walked wif cherng ru's grp while the rest chiong forward. ok la my team was slowing down as they got the mentality "so early but we reach ubin liao, slack abit la" -_- in the end more tired, but heck. i go wif it loh. den my and cherng ru and instructors from other group went to the barrier area to wait for mokie to deliver those mineral water + coke, so we can carry to the campsite. siaoded i carried 15 litres of water and walked like 1+ km sia. jeffrey even worse carry 18litres. the rest only help to take 2 or 3 bottles nia. grr. the bottom of the box i was carrying broke loh. luckily some people help me pick. juan jie's box also broke. so heavy T_T nvm good training for my arms. can do 1 more pullup liao.

lets see, after that we asked the sec 1s to clear some stuff at the campsite. den i went to recce for the nite walk with alan and huiyi. while the rest pitch tent and get ready for field cooking. field cooking was quite interesting, as we prepared 1 tin of rice suitably made for helping NKF get 1 more extra patient LOL. here comes the fun part. nite walk dat time, gb cant really scare them de, as they got light sticks and they walk in pairs, most of them can see instructors hiding -_- when comes to bb recruits' turn, things started to change. my station was the most scary 1 LOL. i hide 45 degrees from the path behind a tree den jump out while they walked past. some idiot recruits can even scold vulgarities while walking. duno is too scared liao or wad. afterwards jj helped me by distracting them with his torch. den i from behind scare them. perfect combo sia LOL. okk nothing else le ba. afterwards was powder bath den nite duty. i stayed up for 2 shifts loh. cause gonna hav force march. sleep a while more also no diff. i was gazin up in the sky and saw those stars sparkling up dere. made a few wishes =) i'll be happy if 1 of them came true can le.

2nd day. we had tent pitching competition. tent 7 best la. jasper has gd leadership for a sec 1. oh ya. i don think i sould mention breakfast. had a "good" time -_- aft that played a game. had to tie our legs together and "walk" from 1 end of the campsite to another. as u shld noe, my team won la =P. we got that bottle of coke which refreshed everyone and boosted morale. okie aft that go home le. walked back and took boat to changi jetty. before taking bus no.2 to school. cleaning up dat time cliff put me ic for the small logistics stuff. wth la. 2 sides telling me wad to do. cliff ask me don put in tent. chin hiang say want in tent. lol in the end i pek chek juz follow cliff don put in tent and counted them. and 1 joker, duno who go and entangle the strings right after they have been untangled -.- thats about all. debrief by cliff and everyone was dismissed. =D happy and tired
