now the aftermath of the first "real" a div match i have played, after reaching home i still can't get over how we lost to jjc. we played well in the first half, ran them all over. from guo en's shot hitting the post, swen's 1 on 1 saved and my shot being saved at the rebound, and nazim's header just grazing the crossbar after a good counter attack and cross from daniel. and we didn't have the element of luck. i can't comprehend how we have only scored 2 goals in this a div.. we deserve more than this especially in the first half in today's game. all they had was ONE chance and they scored, while we huffed and puffed, threw every single s*** at them and the ball just refused to go in. we're not such a bad team, are we? i think we deserved 1 goal today for our efforts, we made them panic, we made the jjc fans anxious, and most importantly we played beautiful football. the goal(s) that never came cost us dearly and could have changed the game in our favour. my point is that we played well guys.. though with many areas of improvement individually (my dealing with high balls 1 of them). don't take the 3-0 loss so hard, we're a good team! let's win the acjc game and end on a high note. =D
